Nightscape I–III captures the transformation of familiar spaces into eerie, otherworldly environments under the cover of night. Taken during evening walks through a local park in the fall, the images turn a safe and welcoming place by day into a landscape charged with tension and subtle menace. Although photography is not my primary medium, these shots reflect my ability to visualize and shape the atmosphere I want, refining the mood through careful post-processing. Each photograph balances nostalgia and curiosity with a lurking sense of dread, revealing the hidden unease that can exist within even the most ordinary settings. The series invites viewers to reconsider how light, shadow, and perspective can alter perception and emotion.
